The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role includes menu planning, staff management, cost control, and maintaining consistency across all food outlets. The Executive Chef will lead the culinary team, inspire creativity, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.

* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume and in hotel business.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Budgeting and cost control experience.
* Passion for innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.
