- Thai nationality.
- Male or Female, age of 20-35.
- Able to work under outlets rotation.
- Able to work under shift rotation.
- At least 1 years experience in kitchen / culinary in hotel.
- Knowledge and skill in soul food or bar menu.
- Knowledge and skill in Wester / European cuisine.
- Experience in Taiwanese cuisine will be an advantage.
- Observant.
- Understanding of basic English in hotel field.
- Basic admin and training skill.
- Familiar with lean organization.
- Good team player skill.
- High-tech.
- Fast reaction.
