- Responsible for day to day operations of accounting and administration tasks including purchasing and office administration.
- Liaison with internal and external contracts and clients ie. Tax office, supplier etc.
- Responsible for reports, and all secretarial tasks.
- Coordinate within departments, hotel and company
- Other jobs assigned by Financial Controller.
- Ensure all accounting practices adhere to the company- s standards and government regulations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, collection and payment.
- Keep track of documents and prepare necessary records.
- Follow up invoice, tax invoice and receipts.
- Prepare of supporting document for payment.
- Handling administrative tasks and other tasks as assigned.
- Perform withholding tax (WHT) and input vat reconciliation.
- Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time - quite often on short notice.
- Flexibility in schedule depending on reporting deadlines and closing.
- Perform other duties that may be required by management from time to time.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 24-35*Negotiable
- Bachelor- s degree in Accounting is preferred
- Experience in accounting and administrative task is advantage with at least 1 year experience in accounting
- Proficient in computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient & problem-solving skills
- Creative, Multi-tasking Skill, Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Good organizational skills.
- Bachelor- s degree in Accounting is preferred
- Experience in accounting and administrative task is advantage with at least 1 year experience in accounting
