Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for telesales positions
- Source and screen potential candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Follow up and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
- Ensure candidates understand company details, shift schedules, and job expectations
- Support onboarding coordination for newly hired employees

Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, telesales recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in English effectively
- Familiar with sourcing candidates through social media, job platforms, and networking
- Good negotiation and candidate management skills
- Able to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Experience in international or expat recruitment is an advantage
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

KPI Requirement
Successfully hire and onboard at least 10 telesales agents per month
Candidates must successfully pass training/course requirements
Recruiting Bonus Structure
Recruiters will receive bonuses based on candidate retention milestones:
- Passed training/course: THB 1,500
- Candidate completed 30 days: THB 3,000
- Candidate completed 60 days: THB 3,000
- Candidate completed 90 days: THB 6,000
** Total bonus per successful candidate: THB 12,500 within 3 months
Successfully hire and onboard at least 10 telesales agents per month
