Job Summary
Oversee the daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments. Act as the main point of contact for guests, handle operational issues promptly, and maintain the hotel?s service standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the overall hotel operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all guests receive professional and personalized service in accordance with hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergency situations efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and operational facilities to maintain quality standards.
- Support the Front Office team during peak periods and assist with VIP arrivals and departures.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important information during shift handovers.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.

- Assist in training and guiding team members to maintain excellent service standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems such as Opera PMS or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
