- Oversee all Front Office operations including reception, guest relations, concierge, reservations, and guest services
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences and maintain 5-star hospitality standards
- Deliver personalized guest experiences aligned with the hotel?s wellness philosophy
- Handle VIP guests, guest feedback, and service recovery professionally
- Coordinate closely with Spa, Wellness, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest journeys
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, upselling opportunities, and daily operational reports
- Lead, train, and develop Front Office team members to maintain high service performance
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Support revenue growth through upselling, wellness package promotion, and guest engagement initiatives

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience with leadership or management responsibility
- Experience in luxury hotels, wellness resorts, or 5-star hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of guest experience and wellness hospitality concepts
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills
