- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining company standards.
- Supervise food quality, preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
- Train, coach, and monitor kitchen staff and franchise teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with F&B, Business Development teams, and franchisees to maintain operational standards.
- Control food cost, stock, and kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in menu development and overall guest dining experience.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related fields.
- 3?5 years experience in kitchen operations or hospitality business.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen standards.
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
