Supervise daily reservation operations and ensure booking accuracy. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, amendments, and cancellations. Monitor room availability and maximize room revenue opportunities. Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments. Train and support reservation team members. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Proficient in Opera PMS and Comanche systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good command of spoken and written English.
