Departmental Administration ? Assist in preparing and updating the Front Office Operations Manual, conduct regular meetings, and ensure effective communication.
Guest Service Excellence ? Supervise associates to deliver the brand promise, greet VIP/long-stay guests, and ensure guest recognition programs are implemented.
Complaint Handling ? Address guest and internal customer inquiries courteously, ensuring issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Financial Support ? Assist in maximizing productivity, managing payroll/utilities costs, and ensuring compliance with money-handling policies.
Operational Oversight ? Manage room key control, coordinate with Housekeeping, monitor maintenance requests, and ensure clean data entry.
Personnel Development ? Support training, coaching, and mentoring of associates, prepare weekly schedules, encourage creativity and innovation.
Cross-Department Collaboration ? Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and overall hotel success.
Professional Standards ? Maintain grooming standards, represent the hotel positively, and adhere to fire, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Front Office Experience in a luxury hotel minimum 2?3 years .
- Proven skills to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong communication with a passion for exceptional guest service.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to resolve issues under pressure with sound judgment.
