Responsible for managing the training, learning and development function of all associates in the property. Supports the overall business strategy and helps the business grow through its associates and Learning and Development initiatives. Develops and enhances the property?s talent and evolve the Group?s future leaders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Hospitality Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent English proficiency with a minimum TOEIC score of 900 or equivalent.
3. At least 5 years of Learning & Development experience, including leadership experience, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
4. Proven experience in training needs analysis, instructional design, learning delivery, and learning evaluation.
5. Proven experience in training needs analysis, instructional design, learning delivery, and learning evaluation.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital learning platforms, with strong planning and organizational skills.
