- Identify, develop, and secure new MICE business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers), DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and travel agencies. - Understand client needs and recommend customized event solutions. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maximizing profitability. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Minimum 2 years of experience in MICE sales, hotel sales, event management, or hospitality sales. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Experience managing corporate accounts, conferences, exhibitions, incentive groups, and large-scale events. - Established network within the corporate, travel, tourism, and MICE industry is preferred. - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and highly driven.
