The Senior Sales Manager ? China Market acts as the primary brand ambassador and commercial leader driving revenue from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan across the Rembrandt Hospitality Group portfolio. This strategic Business Development role focuses on promoting the group?s diversified hospitality assets directly to premium Chinese B2B trade partners. The core mandate is to secure high-yield Luxury FIT, Wholesale, DMCs,Travel Agent, Tour operator & Leisure Group.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in hotel sales, including at least 3 years dedicated exclusively to the China outbound market within an international 4-star or 5-star hotel group.
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Spoken, read, and written) is mandatory, along with professional English proficiency for corporate reporting.
- Traits: Sharp negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset, high mobility (able to travel internationally frequently), and deep understanding of Chinese corporate etiquette.
