- Manage guest check-in and check-out smoothly and efficiently. - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions. - Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless guest service. - Provide information and recommendations on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. - Maintain required guest records and reports. - Participate in training and other hotel activities as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor?s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. - 1?3 years of hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. - Fresh graduates with relevant hotel internship experience are welcome. - Good command of English, both spoken and written. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Service-minded, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. Basic computer skills; PMS experience is an advantage. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
