Housekeeping Manager [ผู้จัดการแผนกแม่บ้าน]

- 5 year experience in hospitality with supervisory experience
- Good problem solving skill
- Professional appearance: well-groomed and tidy
- Pleasant personality: confident, self-motivated and diplomatic
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Good command of both English and Thai, both written and spoken
- Initiative, good interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- This position is only open to Thai nationals

- Ensures implementation of SOP and all policies & procedures related to the department.
- Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel- s general guidelines for service recovery.
- Ensures all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
- Works closely with the Engineering to implement an effective preventative maintenance system.
- Controls consumption and maintains a cost-effective inventory of guest supplies, chemicals and amenities.
