1.Directs, controls, co-ordinates and supervises all Servers. 2.Ensures that the outlets area are clean. All discrepancies should be brought to the attention of the department concerned. Makes work order, if necessary, and follow up until the job is done. 3.Supervises and oversees consistent, smooth and efficient service rendered to guests at the outlets. 4.Checks daily events to ensure that specific requirements are carried out accordingly. 5.Attends to operational problems brought to his/her attention, attends to guest?s complaints, inquiries and requests. 6.Deals with staffs that encounter problems or difficulties. 7.Performs service recovery. 8.Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of outlets, operation equipment and other material used by the outlets. 9.Checks the standards and portions of food&beverage served for consistency and to maintain cost at a minimum. 10.Familiar with prices and all policies. 11.Conforms to all house rules. 12.Ensures adequate supply of mis-en place, stock and utensils for the operation. 13.Schedules staff to keep outlets fully manned at all times and helps to run the outlet when short handed. 14.Ensures that the staffs are well groomed and in neat, fully cleaned attired uniform according to the Hotel?s dress code. 15.Checks on the staff attendance. 16.Records all happenings and events taking place during operational hours in the log book which is to be handed to the Assistant F&B Manager and/or Restaurant Manager for the information or necessary action. 17.Performs such other duties and assumes responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

1.Thai citizen 2.English fluency 3.Great personality 4.Able to work from 4 PM to 1 AM 5.Able to work 6 days a week 6.At least 2 years supervisor level in the luxury hotel or 3 years supervisor level in the business hotel. ***Overseas Experience is preferable***
