? Responsible for assisting the IT Manager and IT Supervisor in the computerizing process in all areas concerned, Front Office, Back Office, point of sales and PC applications ? Responsible for taking care of the computerized systems hardware and software ? Responsible for maintenance and service of computers. ? Directly responsible for all Hotel Software Opera, Micros, Sun system, Material Control, FCS Telephone Billing, KABA key card and Internet Systems. ? To solve the problem of using the peripherals of Front and Back Office system and Operating system. ? To assist the checking of the hardware out of service ? To stand by and take immediately action when major computer breakdown occurred. ? To do Computer Preventive Maintenance
