- Working closely with the hostel manager
- Performing check in, check out, open shift, and close shift
- Answering emails and confirming reservation from every channel
- Coordinating with housekeeping team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly
- Booking tours and transportation tickets
- Assisting with our inhouse diving school
- Giving directions and recommendations to guests
- Participating in hostel activities and ready to talk and hang out with the guests
- Dealing with customer complaints and comments appropriately
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting appropriately

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Able to use Thai and English
- Able to multitask effectively
- Experience in hostel or hotel is a plus
- Extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and service minded
- New graduate is welcomed
