Host (Receptionist / GSA)

- Performing check-in, check-out, open shift, and close shift
- Answering emails and confirming reservations from every channel
- Coordinating with the housekeeping team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly
- Booking tours and transportation tickets
- Assisting with our in-house diving school
- Giving directions and recommendations to guests
- Participating in hostel activities and ready to talk and hang out with the guests
- Dealing with customer complaints and comments appropriately
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting appropriately
