Hotel Manager (ผู้จัดการโรงแรม)

EXPECTED Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related fields.
- At least 5-8 years up experiences in Hotel business in management level.
- Leadership skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills with teamwork attitude.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
- Able to work 5/6 per week in month.

Key tasks
- A senior managerial position in the Hotel with multiple F&B outlets, including conference/event facilities. Highly regarded is a strong Food and Beverage background.
- Dynamic personality with proven leadership skills to motivate, coach and further develop a strong existing team.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a challenging and exciting environment. Ability to implement innovation is required
- Understands and works in accordance with the brand values and leads by example in all that is done.
- Reporting and working with an Group General Manager, this is a key role, managing the Hotel Operations of the hotel in order to maximise profit potential and to deliver superior guest service and product quality.
- Develops, recommends, implements and manages the operational department's annual and long term goals.
- Entrepreneurial approach to all S&M tasks, being well versed in ROI's, whilst also having natural abilities and enthusiasm for the available digital business channels.
- Monthly financial reporting and forecasting with revenue manager.
- Manages performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as trains, develops, coaches, counsels and conducts performance evaluations.
- In every decision made must consider guest focus, employee engagement and profitability, whilst maintaining market competitiveness.
- Proactively addresses guest issues and establishes new processes to promote guest satisfaction.
- Experienced interacting with Hotel owners, whilst managing and delivering expectations
