To promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on Associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous service. The Restaurant Supervisor is accountable for sales and profit in his/her area, and brings into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

?Excellent English communication skills both in verbal & written. ?At least 1-2 years related experience in 5 star hotel ?Knowledge in Hotel F&B system is a plus ?Positive team player ?Adept at arranging travel schedules and reservations ?Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts ?Pleasant personality and appearance ?Excellent interpersonal skills
