รายละเอียดงาน

1.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. 2.Welcome guests, present beverage menus, and recommend drinks based on guest preferences. 3.Take beverage orders accurately and process them through the POS system. 4.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar equipment, and workstations. 5.Monitor beverage stock levels and assist with inventory checks and requisitions. 6.Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of beverage ingredients and supplies. 7.Check the quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages before serving. 8.Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. 9.Coordinate with restaurant staff and other departments to ensure smooth service. 10.Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards. 11.Follow hotel policies regarding responsible alcohol service and age verification where applicable. 12.Assist with bar opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily stock checks. 13.Report equipment issues, stock shortages, and operational concerns to the supervisor. 14.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 2.Previous experience as a bartender or in Food & Beverage service is an advantage. 3.Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail recipes, and bar operations. 4.Good communication and customer service skills. 5.Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. 6.Friendly, professional, responsible, and service-minded. 7.Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 8.Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control is an advantage. 9.Able to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
