SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: - To function as the Business Manager for the Food and Beverage Department and as a Marketing Specialist - To ensure the various outlets and banquets operate successfully and are individually profitable in accordance with the standards of the hotel.

? Relate experience or background in hotel or hospital industry will be advantage. ? Must be have pleasant personality. ? Must enjoy working with and around people. ? Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy. ? Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, team player, flexible, and service-mind.
