- Control and developed all bar duty roster to be present and well performed all time.
- Make sure all equipment are maintain and always in a good condition all time
- Make sure all menu and drink are update and always in a good condition.
- Opening shift list and Close list are report on daily basic to F&B manger.
- Daily report responded and report to F& B manager on daily basic.
- Support all hotel function and F&B operation need

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Male / Female, Thai nationality
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any fields
- 5 Year on restaurant and bar Business development
- Beverage Knowledge Cocktail knowledge / Wine knowledge /Other beverage.
- Beverage Inventory knowledge / Wine Inventory knowledge
- Manning management
- F&B Operation Knowledge ( know all bar Job task )
