- Lead the bar team to deliver creative, trend-driven beverage experiences, consistently high service standards, and profitable sales growth while maintaining effective cost, stock, hygiene, and team controls
- Drive beverage revenue by setting daily and monthly sales targets, monitoring performance, and taking corrective action to achieve budget.
- Develop and refresh beverage menus based on current market trends, guest preferences, seasonality, and the hotel brand concept.
- Create new cocktails, mocktails, signature drinks, wine promotions, and beverage experiences; prepare recipes, costing, selling prices, and presentation standards.
- Submit daily and monthly reports including revenue, average beverage spend, best sellers, slow movers, beverage cost, wastage, and action plans.
- Ensure readiness for all hotel functions in accordance with BEO requirements, and actively support overall F&B operations through teamwork, manpower support, preparation, and coordination as assigned.
- Train, coach, and monitor bar team members to ensure beverage knowledge, upselling skills, service standards, and compliance with established SOPs.

- 5 Year on restaurant and bar Business development.
- Beverage Knowledge Cocktail knowledge / Wine knowledge /knowledge /Another beverage.
- Beverage Inventory knowledge / Wine Inventory knowledge.
- F&B Operation Knowledge (know all bar Job task).
- Management skill on Bar and F&B operation.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong upselling and revenue-generation skills.
- Ability to train and coach bar team members.
- Beverage Knowledge Cocktail knowledge / Wine knowledge /knowledge /Another beverage.
- Beverage Inventory knowledge / Wine Inventory knowledge.
- F&B Operation Knowledge (know all bar Job task).
