Responsibilities:
- Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as employee welfare & benefit and all employee activities.
- Manages job posting through various mediums and manage resumes of applicants.
- Manages orientation program for employees.
- Oversees payroll administration and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Compiles staff data for bi-annual salary and performance reviews.
- Oversees employee relations, handle complaints, disputes and grievances.
- Assists in fostering a conducive working environment through good communication with employees.
- Regular reviews of rules & regulations and provide advice / assistance as necessary
- Participates in inter-departmental meetings and activities to meet goals
- Provides supports/ facilitate in staffing (recruitment, selection, orientation, contracts, probation, termination, etc)
- Monitors all company policies and ensure staff adhere to them
- Creates the good working environment (Health, Safety and Security) from HR function, ensure the understanding of staff about compensation, tax, benefits, etc.
- Prepares documents to apply the Visa, Work Permit and 90 days report.
