Event Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including catering, audio-visual, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets.

Marketing and Promotion:
- Create marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other channels to increase brand visibility.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the venue.

Team Leadership:
- Oversee a team of sales and event professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Set sales targets and provide training and coaching to team members.

Financial Management:
