1. Contact customers for daily correspondents.
2. General office duties including typing, filing, and answering incoming phone calls , labels, memos, typing letters, room blocks, and other daily operations, compile sales kits for the team
3. Generate Reader Board and Daily Memo
4. Enter Room blocks into reservation system
5. Work in Comanche to ensure updated and accurate accounts
6. All other duties as assigned, site inspection.
7. To handle customer calls for inquiries, complaints and enquiries.
8. To liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client- s needs, cost and time restraints.
9. To be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
10. Sales office support position to Sales Managers, Conference Service Managers, Director of Sales & sales team in terms of documentation such as contract rate, proposal, agreement etc.
11. To support sales staff in order to make smooth business operation.
12. Arranges sites inspections of hotel.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English studies or related fields
- 1-2 years experience Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator in hotel business, fresh graduates are welcome
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Computer sales system, Excel, Microsoft Word, Comanche
