- To assist the Group Finance Manager and consolidate daily account payable operations for the hotels in the group - To check all A/P outstanding prepared by HOC and all hotels in the group - To generate payment follow by A/P report for the hotels and HOC as per requirement of management - To supervise daily A/P report prepare by the hotels in the group and prepare payment present to Group Director of Finance - To control and verify payment upload to bank system are in accordance with A/P outstanding report - To prepare payment activities for HOC and ensure all vendor receive payment on time as per contract - To prepare tax report for HOC. - To supervise and control subordinates to discharge their duties in an effective and efficient manner. - To ensure team work and efficient operation in the hotel and build up team spirit development.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

EDUCATION BACKGROUND, CERTIFICATE/LICENSING - Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or any other related field of knowledge. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES - At least 1 - 3 years experience in related field. - Computer skills in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Software (SUN / OPERA / MICROS)
