Key Responsibilities: 1.Supervision and Leadership: o Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service. o Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to provide exceptional customer service. o Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage. o Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate policies and updates. 2.Customer Service: o Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and prompt, courteous service. o Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally. o Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed. 3.Operations and Inventory Management: o Monitor bar inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock. o Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory, sales, and wastage. o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. 4.Financial Management: o Assist in setting sales targets and work towards achieving them. o Monitor daily sales, track revenue, and report discrepancies to management. o Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions. 5.Compliance and Safety: o Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. o Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. o Ensure staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures. 6.Promotion and Events: o Collaborate with management to develop promotional activities and events. o Assist in creating new beverage menus and specials to attract customers. o Participate in marketing and promotional efforts to increase revenue.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: - Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment, with supervisory experience preferred. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills. Working Conditions: - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
