- Above average cheese knowledge
- Proven abilities to develop selling strategies targeted to enhance cheese sale
- Ability to work with management, colleagues and customer through out the business
- Be able to work weekends, night and off shifts if needed or assigned
- good command of English

1. Uphold high standards of customer service through every encounter, including advising customer about cheese and assisting them in friendly manner.
2. Maintain clean and full display of cheese and cross merchandising products in Cheese Section.
3. Knowledgeable of the many variety of Cheese.
4. Working side-by-side with Delica Department Manager and staff to help develop cheese product knowledge and assist with cheese presentations.
5. Having extensive knowledge of company's products and provide ongoing in-store training.
6. Identify opportunities, developing and implementing Action Plans to increase sale of Cheese Section.
7. Identify and resolve customer concerns.
