Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments (Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping, etc.) to replenish stock as needed.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, deliveries, and quality of received goods.
- Maintain and update vendor records, contracts, and price lists.
- Ensure compliance with hotel/restaurant policies, budget guidelines, and local regulations.
- Support cost-control initiatives in collaboration with the Finance and Cost Control teams.
- Handle urgent purchasing needs to avoid disruptions in operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in purchasing, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and relevant procurement software; knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
