Restaurant Supervisor

Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality or related field

Minimum 1?3 years? experience in a supervisory role in restaurants or hotels

Strong leadership and communication skills

Service-minded with problem-solving ability

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

Lead, train, and motivate service staff

Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with service standards

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift assignments

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained

Assist in inventory control and cost management

Prepare daily reports and support management tasks
