Engineer Supervisor (Carpenter)

- Supervise, manage, and coordinate all carpentry and furniture work within the hotel

- Plan, inspect, and ensure maintenance work on wooden fixtures, furniture, and carpentry projects meet quality standards

- Lead and guide the Carpenter/Technician Carpenter team to work efficiently and safely

- Coordinate with the Engineering and Maintenance departments to resolve issues and plan long-term projects

- Inspect the quality of materials and equipment, and ensure tools are properly stored and ready for use

- Follow safety, hygiene, and hotel regulations at all times

- Prepare work reports and provide recommendations to improve work efficiency
