รายละเอียดงาน

-Check-in and Check-out guests -Handle reservations and create bookings in the hotel system -Answer incoming calls and guest inquiries -Provide information and assistance to guests -Handle guest requests and basic guest complaints -Coordinate room status with Housekeeping -Assist with walk-in guests and room reservations -Work together with other departments to ensure smooth guest service

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Bachelor's Degree in any related field -Good communication skills in Thai and English -Able to work in shifts -Friendly, service-minded and responsible -Good communication and problem-solving skills -Previous hotel or Front Office experience is a plus -Experience using Soraso PMS will be given special consideration -Chinese speaking ability will be given special consideration -Chinese Language Allowance is available for qualified candidates -Candidates with HSK Level 4 or above and who pass the hotel's Chinese communication test will be eligible for the Chinese Language Allowance
