Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance -Clean and service guest rooms daily to 5-star standards (dusting, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing). -Change bed linens and make beds neatly and consistently. -Replace used towels and amenities; restock bathroom and in-room supplies (coffee/tea, water, toiletries). -Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. -Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report defects (light bulbs, plumbing, HVAC, furniture). -Ensure room presentation meets brand standards before guest arrival and after checkout. Guest Interaction -Greet guests courteously when entering rooms; respond to guest requests promptly. -Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times. Safety & Compliance -Adhere to all hotel health, safety, and security policies. -Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, according to manufacturer guidelines. -Follow infection control and hygiene protocols. Team Coordination -Communicate effectively with supervisors and other hotel departments (Front Desk, Engineering, Laundry). -Assist with inventory control of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities. -Help maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications Education -Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience -Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts. -Strong understanding of 5-star room presentation and service expectations. Skills & Competencies -Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness. -Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. -Time management and organizational skills. -Professional appearance and positive attitude. -Good communication skills (local language; English proficiency preferred). -Physical stamina: lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods. Personal Attributes -Courteous and guest-oriented. -Reliable, punctual, and team-focused. Discreet and respectful of guest property and privacy.
