The Banquet Officer Perform administrative duties and communicates between existing and hotel guest.
The Guest Service Officer plays as a link between guest and Management to communicate with guest to find out guest?s expectation in order to improve the service standards. He/she is responsible for the efficient rooming of Ascott Hotel guest according to the standards of the Ascott.
The Banquet Officer also provides efficient business services, handles all telephone communications, general enquiries & requests, and maintaining good rapport with internal (colleagues) and external (tenants, guests & visitors) customers.

1.Bachelor?s Degree or Relative Field.
2.Preferably familiar with Hotel Software Systems.
3.Approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience.
4.Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
5.Good spoken and written English.
6.Knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Words and Excel.
7.Pro-active and Data accuracy.
8.Good attitude with well time management
