- Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize hotel performance
- Manage pricing, room inventory, and distribution channels
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance
- Prepare forecasts and analyze revenue reports (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy)
- Lead revenue meetings and provide strategic insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Optimize use of revenue management systems
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share
- Support budgeting and financial planning

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in revenue management or related roles in hospitality and at least 5 year in management level
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with revenue management systems and hotel PMS
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
