* Bachelor?s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
* Minimum 5?10 years of experience in hotel/resort management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach
* Solid understanding of resort operations (Rooms Division, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering)
* Excellent guest service mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and experience
* Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations efficiently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
