- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel?s business objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive working environment and effective conflict resolution.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and organizational culture.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and support talent development.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Training, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience in training program development and delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
