KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the General Manager in managing overall hotel operations and strategic direction.
- Oversee daily operations, including Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and F&B.
- Drive service excellence and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Monitor financial performance, support budgeting, and control operational costs (P&L awareness).
- Participate in pre-opening activities, including team setup, training, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including owners and senior management, to achieve business objectives.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
QUALIFICATIONS
- Thai nationality only.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in luxury or boutique hotels is preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial performance, and guest experience management.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
