- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a hotel General Manager - Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and managing teams effectively - Strong financial acumen and budget management experience - Experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies - Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance - Exceptional customer service orientation - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Proficient in hotel management software and technology - Knowledge of local regulations and industry trends
