Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Bell Service team to ensure smooth luggage handling, guest assistance, and arrival/departure experiences in accordance with the hotel?s service standards. Provide professional and courteous service while ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and efficient assistance throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Bell Service team, including Bell Attendants and Doormen.
- Ensure efficient handling of guest luggage, deliveries, and transportation arrangements.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, directions, and hotel information.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and group movements with Front Office and Concierge teams.
- Monitor lobby activities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation at all times.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Train and guide Bell Service associates to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Maintain proper records of luggage storage, parcel handling, and lost & found items.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and service procedures.
- Assist with valet coordination and transportation arrangements when required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Bell Service, Concierge, or Front Office operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage assistance duties.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
