Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa, Wellness, and Food & Beverage. - Ensure 5-star service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. - Develop and drive Wellness Programs, Spa Services, and the overall holistic guest journey in alignment with the resort?s concept. - Manage the hotel?s budget, revenue, and overall financial performance, including key KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Profitability. - Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of luxury service and wellness. - Support branding initiatives, guest experience enhancement, and relationships with guests and business partners. - Control operational costs while maintaining luxury service quality and standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
