Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa, Wellness, and Food & Beverage.
- Ensure 5-star service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and drive Wellness Programs, Spa Services, and the overall holistic guest journey in alignment with the resort?s concept.
- Manage the hotel?s budget, revenue, and overall financial performance, including key KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Profitability.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of luxury service and wellness.
- Support branding initiatives, guest experience enhancement, and relationships with guests and business partners.
- Control operational costs while maintaining luxury service quality and standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in 5-star hotels, luxury wellness resorts, or destination spas.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a General Manager or Hotel Manager position.
- Strong understanding of wellness hospitality, spa operations, and luxury guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and financial management skills.
- Good command of English communication skills.
