Assist the IT Manager in managing daily IT operations and infrastructure
Maintain and support computer systems, servers, networks, and IT equipment
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly
Monitor system performance, security, and data backup processes
Provide technical support and training to employees when required
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and support
Ensure all IT systems operate efficiently and comply with company standards
Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, IPTV, and other hospitality applications
Prepare reports, documentation, and IT inventory records
Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and new system implementations
Assist in managing IT budgets, licenses, and asset control

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3?5 years of experience in IT operations; supervisory experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, hardware, and software
Able to troubleshoot and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
Knowledge of data security, system backup, and IT infrastructure management
Good leadership, planning, and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and provide support during emergencies or after office hours
Experience with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, or hospitality systems is an advantage
Service-minded, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment
Minimum 3?5 years of experience in IT operations; supervisory experience is an advantage
