รายละเอียดงาน
1. Maintain and update housekeeping records (room status, cleaning schedules, reports).
2. Coordinate room status with the Front Office (vacant, occupied, out-of-order).
3. Answer phone calls and respond to housekeeping requests from guests and staff.
4. Prepare daily reports such as room assignment sheets and discrepancy reports.
5. Track lost and found items and maintain logs.
6. Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
7. File documents and maintain organized records.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and attendance tracking.
8. Communicate maintenance issues to the Engineering department.
9. Support supervisors with administrative tasks as needed.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor?s degree in hospitality is a plus).
2. At least 1 year of experience in hotel administration or housekeeping (preferred).
Fresh graduates may be considered in some cases.
3. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, hotel PMS systems).
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations.
7. Honest and reliable
8. Good teamwork and coordination skills
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Service-minded attitude
11. Professional appearance
12. Basic English communication (additional languages are an advantage).
