Cluster Digital Marketing & Content Executive
Company: PCL Hospitality Co., Ltd.

Scope: All Hotels under PCL Hospitality
Reports to: Cluster Commercial Marketing Manager
Position Overview
The Cluster Digital Marketing & Content Executive is responsible for executing, maintaining, and supporting all digital marketing, content creation, social media management, website administration, CRM deployment, OTA content maintenance, and online presence activities across all hotels under PCL Hospitality.
This role serves as the execution arm of the commercial marketing function and is responsible for ensuring all approved strategies are implemented consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Hotel Website & Direct Channel
Upload promotional banners and website content.
Update room descriptions, offers, and packages.
Maintain F&B content and imagery.
Perform weekly website functionality checks.
Test booking engine links and booking paths.
Coordinate technical issues with website vendors.
Monitor content accuracy across hotel websites.
Google Business Profile (GBP)
Respond to guest reviews daily.
Upload new photos regularly.
Publish Google posts and promotions.
Update operating hours and hotel information.
Maintain profile accuracy.
Monitor guest engagement activities.
Content Engine & Social Commerce
Create monthly content based on approved strategy.
Produce:
Reels
TikTok videos
Instagram Stories
Photography content
Manage community engagement.
Respond to comments and direct messages.
Coordinate influencer stays and content delivery.
Provide live social media coverage for hotel events and activations.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Build email templates.
Prepare campaign content.
Apply personalization tags.
Execute email campaign deployment.
Test campaign functionality.
Track unsubscribe and bounce rates.
Prepare CRM performance reports.
OTA & Metasearch Channels
Update OTA descriptions.
Maintain room content and images.
Audit OTA content accuracy.
Ensure property profiles remain updated.
Monitor content scores and quality indicators.
Coordinate OTA content improvements.
B2B & MICE Lead Support
Develop campaign landing pages.
Update sales presentations.
Maintain event packages and collateral.
Support digital proposal materials.
Assist Sales team with campaign execution.
Prepare marketing materials for MICE and corporate opportunities.
Content Production & Digital Administration
Coordinate content collection from all hotels.
Maintain content libraries.
Manage digital asset storage.
Utilize AI tools such as:
