Position Summary

The Sales Manager - Corporate is responsible for developing and managing corporate accounts to maximize room revenue, meeting business, and long-stay opportunities for the hotel. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales activities while ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation.

Responsibilities:

Business Development
- Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate accounts to achieve hotel revenue objectives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients through regular sales calls and business reviews.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop and implement sales action plans for targeted market segments.
- Prospect new accounts through networking, referrals, cold calls, and industry events.

Account Management:
- Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel management companies, and government accounts.
- Prepare corporate rate proposals, contracts, and negotiate business agreements.
- Ensure all account information, activities, and opportunities are updated in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular client entertainment, site inspections, and hotel presentations.

Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maximize room nights, revenue, and ancillary business opportunities including meeting rooms, F&B, and extended stays.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies for corporate accounts.
- Monitor production reports and implement.

Sales Administration:
- Prepare weekly sales reports, account production reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and correspondence.
- Participate in departmental meetings, sales strategy meetings, and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue Management, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Coordinate with Operations to deliver contracted services and fulfill client expectations.
- Support hotel promotional campaigns and special events.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and industry associations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hotel sales experience with at least 5 years handling corporate accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the corporate travel market and hotel sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hotel sales/CRM systems.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
