- Lead and oversee housekeeping operations to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. - Plan work schedules, manpower allocation, and periodic deep cleaning programs. - Supervise, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and room attendants. - Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs. - Monitor departmental performance and implement service improvement initiatives. - Manage housekeeping inventory, budgets, and purchasing to optimize costs. - Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to ensure operational efficiency. - Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and training to build a high-performing team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Minimum 4 years of housekeeping experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards. - Good command of spoken and written English. - Strong leadership, coaching, planning, and problem-solving skills. - Able to manage teams, prioritize workloads, and work under pressure.
