รายละเอียดงาน

- Assist with the check-in and check-out process while ensuring excellent guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Support daily Front Office operations, including cash handling and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Learn and follow hotel standards, policies, and procedures while providing a positive guest experience.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (must be an active student throughout the internship period).
- Available to complete a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service-minded attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn Front Office operations.
