- Develop and implement property-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Manage key tourist, leisure, corporate group accounts to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through market research, sales calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with Corporate team, Reservations, Revenue, and Front Office to optimize room allocations and pricing.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.
- Lead and mentor Sales Executives/Coordinators to drive team performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with proven success in managing corporate accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and government market segments with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of hotel sales strategies, revenue management, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with proven success in managing corporate accounts and achieving revenue targets.
